The Refuge Promise.

Every Reddit account used in our campaigns is a real, established account with genuine participation history. We never create sockpuppets, never spin up accounts for promotional purposes, and never lend client access to account farms. If a community would ban the account if they knew who was posting, we don't post.

We never coordinate upvotes, downvotes, or award campaigns. We never ask clients, colleagues, or third parties to vote on content we've placed. Reddit's integrity depends on organic signals. Manipulating them is a breach of trust with the community and a violation of platform policy. We treat it as a hard stop.

Astroturfing, which is disguising promotional content as organic community opinion, is the fastest way to destroy the trust that makes Reddit valuable. Every comment, post, or contribution we place that has any commercial intent is disclosed appropriately. This is done either by context, account transparency, or explicit statement. We never pretend to be neutral when we're not.

Every piece of AI-generated video content is labeled before it goes live. There are no exceptions and no workarounds. We comply with Meta's and TikTok's current disclosure policies and update our process when those policies change. We believe audiences deserve to know how content is made, and we believe the content is good enough to earn attention with that disclosure intact.

Before engaging in any subreddit, we audit its rules, culture, and moderator stance on commercial content. We read the sidebar. We read pinned mod posts. We respect niche community norms, including communities that prohibit self-promotion entirely. If a subreddit would consider our participation a violation, we don't participate. There are always other communities.

We monitor every active thread in real time. If community sentiment turns, meaning what we've posted starts drawing genuine criticism, frustration, or a negative pile-on, we pause immediately. We don't double down, we don't delete-and-repost, and we don't ask you to ride it out. We stop, we assess with you, and we decide together before any further action. That's the Refuge promise.
